A Typical Training Day

Each day follows a natural rhythm that balances training, reflection, recovery and community, creating an environment that supports both personal development and meaningful learning.

Tea & Discussion

Training pauses for tea, conversation and exploration of the principles and philosophy that underpin the Nam Yang tradition.

Applications & Integration

The morning continues with Shuang Yang applications, helping students understand how movement, structure and partner work come together in practice before concluding with stretching and recovery.

Afternoon Training

Whether we're discovering hidden coves by boat, hiking coastal trails, swimming in crystal-clear waters or sharing a sunset meal overlooking the sea, these moments often become some of the most memorable parts of the week.
