Explore The Artss →Each day follows a natural rhythm that balances training, reflection, recovery and community, creating an environment that supports both personal development and meaningful learning.
Begin the day with Chi Kung, Walking Meditation and Shuang Yang, developing rooting, grounding, balance and internal awareness through calm and focused practice.
Training pauses for tea, conversation and exploration of the principles and philosophy that underpin the Nam Yang tradition.
The morning continues with Shuang Yang applications, helping students understand how movement, structure and partner work come together in practice before concluding with stretching and recovery.
The afternoon session develops strength, structure and practical skill through Vein & Tendon Chi Kung, Sum Chien, partner training and guided practice. A tea break offers time to rest and reflect before the session concludes with stretching and recovery work.
The day concludes with a shared dinner at Thomas' home, where participants enjoy homemade Greek food, conversation and time together as the experiences of the day settle in.
Training is only part of the experience. Each retreat includes time to rest, explore and enjoy the natural beauty of Corfu. Whether we're discovering hidden coves by boat, hiking coastal trails, swimming in crystal-clear waters or sharing a sunset meal overlooking the sea, these moments often become some of the most memorable parts of the week.
One of the highlights of the retreat. We spend several hours exploring the coastline by boat, visiting sea caves, swimming spots and hidden beaches alongside my family and local friends.
Quiet places, clear water and moments of simple exploration away from the crowds.
Optional hikes lead to some of the island's most spectacular viewpoints and unforgettable swims.
Every retreat concludes the day with good company, local food and a sunset worth remembering.
